Lead Connector is a new app that connects to various platforms, including GoHighLevel. It is the app you need to manage your clients online easily and conveniently right on your phone. It is available in both Android and iOS versions, so it doesn’t matter which phone you have. Now, we’ll demonstrate some of this app’s new features and capabilities because it is absolutely incredible.
To give you an overview, the GoHighLevel team added the following new features to the app:
✓ Updated Dashboard
✓ Recent activities are shown in the dashboard
✓ Reorganized top-level items by putting the most frequently used modules first.
✓ iOS call-system integration
✓ Improved email editor and viewer interface
✓ Call dialer contact suggestions
✓ During a call, switching between audio outputs is seamless.
✓ In the contacts screen, support for a new custom field type, TextBox List, has been added.
✓ The badge count will always be resynced when you launch the app.
Without further ado, let’s go dive into this fantastic app.
From the main dashboard, you’ll have a glimpse of the number of opportunities you currently have. However, if you want to learn more about it, go to the menu and select “Opportunities.” In there, you can take a look at the onboarding pipelines that you do with your prospects or clients.
You can create hundreds of pipelines depending on your business. You can add somebody in your pipeline by clicking “Payment Collected/Contract Sent.” You can also select to add them to any pipeline level. Furthermore, you can see the number of leads at every pipeline level.
Pipelines help you automate your marketing and customers retention. But here’s the typical scenario with almost all companies: somebody calls, and they forget to call that person back. Now here’s the good thing! In the GoHighLevel mobile app, you can nurture that customer right away with the help of Eliza.
Eliza is an AI that communicates with the individuals, gets them interested, and books the appointment. That’s a cool thing because this is an AI robot answering the questions you set up custom to make sure that you can qualify your leads at a certain level, suffice them, and get them locked in. You might not even have to touch these people because Eliza may be able to do everything for you. Suppose they have any questions that Eliza could not answer. In that case, it will notify you or any team member that you have to contact that customer right away because Eliza is not answering the question.
If you flick through the dashboard, you will find the “My Tasks” menu. If you click on that, it will direct you to the lists of tasks you created. The good thing is you can integrate your ClickUp tasks to the GoHighLevel mobile app. You can see the due dates of each task, and you can filter it by users.
You can see the recent activities you have done in the app right on the dashboard. Some of the activities include new appointments and new messages. It serves as a notification, so you don’t have to intentionally check on some functionalities such as messaging and appointments to check if an activity is occurring. You can directly click the activity from the dashboard, and it will direct you to the specific feature where you have to complete the activity.
The new GoHighLevel mobile app has a call button in the bottom right corner that you can use to call someone. It has a dialer connected, allowing us to dial through the app.
In addition, when you make a phone call on your iOS phone, this app will be presented automatically. The GoHighLevel mobile app will become a native option when dialing out for a number. It is the new integration that’s now available for iOS.
In addition to making calls, you can also give your managers access to calls from any member. They can also access messages, emails, and other app features. This feature is helpful as it organizes every activity to keep track of your employees’ performance. As a manager, you will have more insight into what each of your employees is up to and provide them with tasks accordingly.
You can find the texting or messaging functionality at the bottom left of the dashboard, represented by a message bubble icon. From there, you can see the unread messages, the people you have recently contacted, and all individuals you’ve sent a message to. Furthermore, click the plus button to create a new message. In the app, you can attach files such as photos and videos. Another cool feature is creating a messaging template, making messaging faster and easier.
The GoHighLevel mobile app’s new email editor has more options than before, and the viewer has significantly improved. Go to the messaging menu at the bottom right to create an email. Then click the plus button and choose email. You will notice that it appears the same as the Gmail mobile app, but as you start creating your email, you will see additional functionalities that you can’t find in the Gmail app.
The Reputation Module is also made new in the mobile app. You can find it at the bottom center of the app with the star icon. Now, you can flick through all the categories—Invites Goal, Reviews Received, Average Rating, and Sentiment Analysis.
Here, you can view all the reviews. When you go into an actual review, you can notice that you can view it directly on Google My Business or dispute it right at the app. So all of these bring a lot of Reputation Management functionality on the go.
Another cool thing about this is the feature “Review Request.” As its name suggests, you can directly send a request for your customers to give your product or company feedback. You can view all the sent requests in the conversation section. You can also call or email them right through the app.
Another fantastic feature of the GoHighLevel app is its calendar, which you can find right next to the star icon. Depending on your business, you can create several calendars, like making one for your strategy calls and consultations.
You can also pull up a day on your calendar, look at it, and you can add an individual, could be a lead or a customer, easily. Then you can pick a team member and assign that person. Additionally, you can confirm an appointment right on your phone when appointments come in.
Another cool thing is that you can integrate your calendars from your Google and Outlook accounts to your GoHighLevel mobile app.
In the app, you can also bill somebody. Inside of the conversation area, click any contact. Once you are in there, click the three dots icon in the upper right, and you can see the “Request Payment” option. Click that option, and you can now start preparing the invoice for that contact by putting on the name, invoice number, and expiration date. Subsequently, you can now generate the link, which you will send directly to the contact you want to request for payment.
